These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rules for using gosavetool.com, operated by GoSaveTool ("we", "us"), including our free online tools, blog and related services (together the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

GoSaveTool is a web-based service that offers browser-based tools to convert, trim, compress, merge and edit audio, video and image files, and AI tools that write text such as titles, descriptions, hashtags and scripts. In the browser tools your files are processed on your own device; we do not host, see or store them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with:

  • files you created or own;
  • content in the public domain or published under a licence that allows editing; or
  • content you have permission from the rights holder to use and edit.

You alone are responsible for making sure that your use of the files and texts you create complies with copyright law, the rules of the platforms where you publish them and all other laws.

4. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

  • process, reproduce or distribute content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights;
  • publish other people's work as your own or remove watermarks or credits to hide authorship;
  • use the AI tools to create misleading, hateful, harassing or unlawful content;
  • use bots or scripts to send automated or bulk requests, try to get around the daily usage limits or overload the Service;
  • try to bypass the security measures of the Service, reverse engineer it or distribute malware.

If we detect abuse, we may block access, limit requests or take other appropriate action.

5. AI output

Titles, descriptions, summaries and scripts from the AI tools are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other content. You are responsible for checking and, where needed, editing any output before you publish it. You may use the output freely in your own content.

6. Trademarks

GoSaveTool is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X or any other platform. These names are used only to describe which platform sizes and rules the tools support, and belong to their respective owners.

7. Intellectual property

The Service itself, including its design, texts, graphics, logos, code and blog articles, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it without our written permission. Files you process with the tools remain yours or belong to their rights holders.

8. Copyright complaints

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe material on our website infringes your rights, please follow the procedure in our Copyright Policy.

9. Ads and links

The Service may show ads and contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of third parties.

10. Availability and changes

We try to keep the Service available and working, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or remove tools, daily usage allowances and features at any time without notice.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, express or implied. We recommend keeping a backup of important files; the tools never change your original file and always create a new one.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoSaveTool and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability is limited to zero to the extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoSaveTool and its operators from any claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or your violation of the rights of a third party.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process data when you use the Service and forms part of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of GoSaveTool is established. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
