Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

GoSaveTool respects the intellectual property rights of creators and rights holders and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how our Service works and how to report an alleged copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

1. We do not host user files

Our audio, video and image tools process the file a user chooses on that user's own device. These files are not uploaded to our servers, we cannot see them and we do not store them; there is no media archive of user content on our website. For this reason it is technically impossible for us to remove a file that a user processes on their own device.

Notices therefore mainly concern material published on our website itself: blog articles, images, texts and page content. If any of these infringes your rights, you can notify us as described below.

2. How to notify us

To be valid, your notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact address of the allegedly infringing material on gosavetool.com.
  4. Your contact details: full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on its behalf.

Send your notice to contact@gosavetool.com with the subject "DMCA Notice".

3. What happens next

We usually review complete notices within 2 to 5 business days. Where a notice is valid, we remove the material or disable access to it. Incomplete notices may delay our response; we may contact you to ask for missing information.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice that includes your signature, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury and your contact details. After a valid counter-notice we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us that they have filed a lawsuit.

5. User responsibility

Our Terms of Use allow the tools to be used only with content that users own, that is licensed for reuse or that they have permission to use. Publishing or commercially exploiting other people's work without permission is prohibited.

6. Misrepresentation

Please note that under section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. If you are not sure whether content infringes your rights, consult a lawyer before sending a notice.
